WADEEM GARDENS
A few things worth knowing.
What is Wadeem Gardens?
Wadeem Gardens is a Modon villa development on Hudayriyat Island, Abu Dhabi, with three gated clusters and a choice of Contemporary Arabic and Modernist facades.
Where is Wadeem Gardens in Abu Dhabi?
Wadeem Gardens is on Hudayriyat Island, also written as Al Hudayriyat or Hudayriat Island. It is a Modon villa launch with three gated clusters. The developer's location map is included in the free launch pack.
When is Wadeem Gardens due for handover?
Modon's project page, checked on 25 September 2026, states planned handover in Q2 2031. Confirm the contractual completion terms for your selected villa before reserving.
Are Wadeem Gardens villas directly on the waterfront?
No. Modon says the villas are not directly waterfront, with waterfront promenades within walking distance. Confirm the position and views of a particular villa rather than assuming a sea view or private beach access.
How is Wadeem Gardens different from Wadeem plots?
Wadeem Gardens offers developer-built villas. The earlier Wadeem residential plots are land for a separate home-building project. A plot purchase and a villa purchase have different construction responsibilities and overall budgets; their prices are not directly comparable.
