Bay Estate is Nakheel's new estate on Dubai Islands: 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses, 4 bedroom attached villas in two sizes, a 4 bedroom garden villa, and waterfront and beach plots for a villa you design. Nakheel is the sole developer.
Where is Bay Estate?
On Dubai Islands, the five islands that extend Dubai's shoreline, reached by a dedicated bridge from Al Khaleej Street and the Al Mamzar waterfront. Nakheel gives about 18 minutes to DXB Airport and about 28 minutes to Downtown Dubai and DIFC.
When will Bay Estate be completed?
Nakheel's price sheet gives an estimated construction completion of January 2031 for the townhouses and villas. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed handover date. No completion date is published for the plots.
How do I buy at Bay Estate?
Buying starts with an Expression of Interest (EOI), filed by a broker with Nakheel, followed by an EOI deposit whose amount Nakheel has not published.
