Palm Jebel Ali beach villas, compared

Nakheel's relaunched Palm Jebel Ali sells its frond-front homes in named beach villa collections, and we currently hold three of them: Coral, Acquamarine and Azure Blue. All three are off-plan beach villas with private frond access and the same AED 18.5M asking price, which makes this one of the rare comparisons where the only real variables are the layout and the rate per square foot.

Coral is the largest of the three at 8,600 sqft over five bedrooms, which puts it at the lowest rate per square foot. Acquamarine trades floor area for a sixth bedroom: 7,876 sqft across six bedrooms, the highest rate of the set. Azure Blue sits between them, a five-bedroom plan of 8,434 sqft.
