Every Dubai launch on our books starts at AED 5 million. These are the towers, beach villas and branded residences we can place clients into directly with the developer, usually before the open market sees them.
Dubai is where most of our inventory sits, and it is the widest spread: waterfront plots on Palm Jumeirah and Palm Jebel Ali, tower floors above Downtown and Business Bay, and low-rise villa communities out toward Meydan and Dubai South. Payment plans typically run through handover, and most of this stock clears the AED 2 million threshold for a ten-year Golden Visa.

Buying off-plan in Dubai
Off-plan means buying before completion, directly from the developer, on a staged payment plan rather than a single transfer. In practice that means a lower entry price than finished stock, first pick of units, and the ability to spread payments across the build. It also means your money is committed to a handover date, so the developer's track record matters more than the brochure.
