Buying off-plan in Dubai, from the law rather than from a brochure
Ten guides, each written on 4 September 2026 from the Dubai Land Department's own pages and the numbered laws that govern an off-plan purchase, and, for the four country guides, from what HMRC, the German Federal Ministry of Finance and the Hungarian and Russian tax authorities publish. Each carries a worked example, a sources list, and a section naming the claims we could not verify and left out. Where the market repeats a figure the law does not contain, the guide says so.
