Your Data Rights

• Your request goes to a human at info@luxurylocated.com and is logged with a timestamp.
• We may ask you for enough information to be reasonably sure the request is yours. Handing your file to somebody else would be the worse failure, so we would rather ask.
• We reply within 30 days, to the email address you gave us and to no other address.
• If you are objecting to the public-post signal work described in the privacy policy, we stop first and correspond afterwards.
• There is no charge, and asking does not affect how we deal with you.

This form gives the same answer to everybody. It does not tell you whether the address you typed is in our database, and it does not behave differently if it is. That is deliberate: if it did, anyone could paste a list of email addresses in here and read off which of them are our clients. The real answer goes to your inbox, where only you can read it.

If you would rather not use a form, email info@luxurylocated.com directly. That route always works and is treated identically. Newsletter and saved-search emails also carry a one-click unsubscribe link, which is faster than this form if stopping emails is all you want.
