About Select Group

Select Group was established in 2002 and is headquartered in Dubai. Its founder, Rahail Aslam, is now its Chairman. Its completed flagship developments include Six Senses Residences The Palm, Jumeirah Living Business Bay, Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, The Residences at Marina Gate, 15 Northside and 98 Baker Street in London.

Six Senses is the name it builds with at the top end. In February 2022 it launched the UAE's first Six Senses branded residences on Palm Jumeirah, and completed their construction in May 2026. In December 2023 it acquired the stalled Pentominium tower in Dubai Marina, now Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, a 122-storey tower that Select Group says will be the tallest residential tower in the world once complete.

Its delivery record is set out in its own timeline: by May 2023 it had completed construction of its 15th development, 15 Northside in Business Bay. Current projects include Peninsula in Business Bay and Nautica, two towers in Dubai Maritime City launched in September 2023.
