What you pay, and when

The payment plan published at launch ran 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% at handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

Registration with the Dubai Land Department adds 4% of the purchase price, roughly AED 20,000 at this resale price. The 10% booking payment sits in a RERA-supervised escrow account rather than with Azizi Developments, held under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007 and drawn down against certified construction progress.
