What you pay, and when

The payment plan published at launch ran 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% at handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

On top of the price, the Dubai Land Department charges 4% to register the sale. Under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007 buyer payments are not paid to the developer directly: a registered project holds them in an escrow account supervised by RERA, released against certified construction progress.
