What you pay, and when

The launch payment plan was 100% on booking. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

Registration with the Dubai Land Department adds 4% of the purchase price. Under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007 buyer payments are not paid to the developer directly: a registered project holds them in an escrow account supervised by RERA, released against certified construction progress.
