What you pay, and when

The payment plan published at launch ran 10% on booking, 49% during construction, 1% at handover and 40% after handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

Registration with the Dubai Land Department adds 4% of the purchase price, roughly AED 28,000 at this resale price.
