What you pay, and when

At launch, payments were staged 10% on booking, 42% during construction, 8% at handover and 40% after handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

The Dubai Land Department registration fee is 4% of the purchase price, payable on top: about AED 24,000 at this resale price.
