What you pay, and when

The payment plan published at launch ran 10% on booking, 80% during construction and 10% at handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

Registration with the Dubai Land Department adds 4% of the purchase price. Buyer payments do not go to the developer directly: under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007 a registered project holds them in an escrow account supervised by RERA, released against certified construction progress.
