What you pay, and when

The launch schedule split the price 10% on booking, 70% during construction and 20% at handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

The Dubai Land Department registration fee is 4% of the purchase price, payable on top. Buyer payments do not go to the developer directly: under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007 a registered project holds them in an escrow account supervised by RERA, released against certified construction progress.
