What you pay, and when

At launch, payments were staged 10% on booking, 70% during construction and 20% at handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

On top of the price, the Dubai Land Department charges 4% to register the sale. A registered project holds buyer payments in an escrow account supervised by RERA rather than passing them to the developer directly, under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007, and they are released against certified construction progress.
