What you pay, and when

At launch, payments were staged 20% on booking, 36% during construction, 14% at handover and 30% after handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

Dubai Land Department registration is charged at 4% of the purchase price on top. Under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007 buyer payments are not paid to the developer directly: a registered project holds them in an escrow account supervised by RERA, released against certified construction progress.
