The payment plan published at launch ran 10% on booking, 50% during construction and 40% at handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

Dubai Land Department registration is charged at 4% of the purchase price on top. Buyer payments do not go to the developer directly: under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007 a registered project holds them in an escrow account supervised by RERA, released against certified construction progress.
