What you pay, and when

At launch, payments were staged 10% on booking, 35% during construction and 55% at handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

Registration with the Dubai Land Department adds 4% of the purchase price, roughly AED 40,000 at this resale price.
