What you pay, and when

The launch schedule split the price 10% on booking, 30% during construction and 60% at handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

Dubai Land Department registration is charged at 4% of the purchase price on top. A registered project holds buyer payments in an escrow account supervised by RERA rather than passing them to the developer directly, under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007, and they are released against certified construction progress.
