What you pay, and when

The payment plan published at launch ran 10% on booking, 60% during construction and 30% at handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

Dubai Land Department registration is charged at 4% of the purchase price on top. Under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007 the money does not go to the developer directly: a registered project holds buyer payments in an escrow account supervised by RERA, released against certified construction progress.
