What you pay, and when

At launch, payments were staged 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% at handover. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

The Dubai Land Department registration fee is 4% of the purchase price, payable on top. A registered project holds buyer payments in an escrow account supervised by RERA rather than passing them to the developer directly, under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007, and they are released against certified construction progress.
