What you pay, and when

The launch schedule split the price 17% on booking and 83% during construction. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

Registration with the Dubai Land Department adds 4% of the purchase price. A registered project holds buyer payments in an escrow account supervised by RERA rather than passing them to the developer directly, under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007, and they are released against certified construction progress.
