What you pay, and when

The launch payment plan was 10% on booking and 90% during construction. Buying now means a resale from a private owner, on whatever terms the two sides agree.

On top of the price, the Dubai Land Department charges 4% to register the sale. Under Dubai's Law 8 of 2007 the money does not go to the developer directly: a registered project holds buyer payments in an escrow account supervised by RERA, released against certified construction progress.
