Über Aldar Properties
Laut eigener Investorenpräsentation wurde Aldar Properties 2005 als auf Abu Dhabi konzentrierter Master-Developer gegründet und im selben Jahr an der Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange notiert. Das Unternehmen baut auf Yas Island und Saadiyat Island, in Al Raha und auf Reem Island.
Im vierten Quartal 2024 brachte Aldar Mamsha Palm, Faya Al Saadiyat, Mandarin Oriental Residences und Mamsha Gardens auf den Markt, im vierten Quartal 2025 folgte The Row Saadiyat. Zudem hat Aldar den Schritt nach Dubai vollzogen: Haven wurde im Oktober 2023 als erstes Wohnquartier des Unternehmens im Emirat angekündigt, und die ersten beiden Phasen von Athlon waren im Mai 2024 binnen 48 Stunden für 4,1 Mrd. AED ausverkauft.
Wer einen Verkaufsstart prüft, findet die Erfolgsbilanz öffentlich dokumentiert. Für 2025 meldete Aldar mit 40,6 Mrd. AED das höchste Verkaufsvolumen der Konzerngeschichte in einem Gesamtjahr, für 2024 zudem 1.180 an Kunden in Abu Dhabi übergebene Einheiten. Im obersten Marktsegment wurde im Juli 2025 ein Anwesen mit acht Schlafzimmern in Faya Al Saadiyat für 400 Mio. AED verkauft, ein Preis, den Aldar als Rekord bezeichnet.
