About Omniyat
Omniyat was founded in 2005 by Mahdi Amjad, still its Founder and Executive Chairman. By its own count it has three destinations, 18 masterpieces and a USD 10 billion portfolio.
The Opus in the Burj Khalifa District, envisioned and designed in its entirety by Dame Zaha Hadid, is complete. Dorchester Collection's name is on three of its residential addresses, all designed by Foster + Partners: The Lana Residences in Marasi Bay, completed in 2023, Orla on Palm Jumeirah and Vela in Marasi Bay.
At the top of the market, in May 2024 it sold a penthouse at The Lana for AED 139 million, which it calls the most expensive property ever sold in Dubai's Burj Khalifa district. Across the group it reported AED 20 billion in total sales for 2025, and in March 2026 a fully funded USD 11.7 billion development pipeline. Its sukuk are listed on Nasdaq Dubai and the London Stock Exchange's International Securities Market.
