Binghatti

Binghatti was founded in 2008 by Dr. Hussain Binghatti, who named it after his late father, and describes itself as a vertically integrated developer with origins as a contractor. Muhammad BinGhatti is Chairman of Binghatti Holding. The company is family controlled: the offering circular for its London-listed sukuk programme states that the Binghatti family held all of its share capital as of 30 June 2025.

Car and watchmaking names define its upper end. Binghatti says it is the first and only developer to create branded residences with Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz and Jacob & Co: Bugatti Residences in Business Bay, Mercedes-Benz Places in Downtown Dubai, and Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, which it estimates at 557 metres over 105 storeys and bills as the world's tallest residential tower.

On delivery, Binghatti reports more than 50 completed developments, and says its seven projects delivered in 2025, to mid-October, were more than 20% of all new project completions in Dubai. It sold more than 17,000 units in 2025.
