About Aldar Properties
Aldar Properties was established in 2005 as an Abu Dhabi focused master developer and listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange the same year, according to its own investor presentation. It builds across Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Raha and Reem Island.
Its fourth-quarter 2024 launches were Mamsha Palm, Faya Al Saadiyat, Mandarin Oriental Residences and Mamsha Gardens, and The Row Saadiyat followed in the fourth quarter of 2025. Aldar has also crossed into Dubai: Haven was announced in October 2023 as its first residential community in the emirate, and the first two phases of Athlon sold out in 48 hours for AED 4.1 billion in May 2024.
For buyers weighing a launch, the track record is public. Aldar reported its highest ever full-year group sales, AED 40.6 billion, for 2025, and 1,180 units handed over to customers in Abu Dhabi in 2024. At the top of the market, an eight-bedroom mansion at Faya Al Saadiyat sold in July 2025 for AED 400 million, a price Aldar describes as record-breaking.
