About Meraas

Meraas became part of Dubai Holding in 2020 by directive of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and is now a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, the group that also includes Nakheel.

The Dubai Media Office lists Port de La Mer, Bluewaters Residences, City Walk Residences, Nikki Beach Residences and BVLGARI Residences among its iconic destinations. Bluewaters is the island at whose heart sits Ain Dubai, opened in October 2021 as the world's largest and tallest observation wheel. At Madinat Jumeirah Living, Meraas awarded an AED 340 million contract for new Riwa apartments in December 2025, and in July 2025 it launched a new phase of Nad Al Sheba Gardens.

At the top end, Meraas works with Bvlgari. The Bvlgari Lighthouse, a 27-storey residential tower on Jumeira Bay Island, is Bvlgari's third project with Meraas.
