Post-handover payment plan off-plan projects in Dubai

A post-handover plan keeps a share of the price falling due after the keys are handed over, usually in instalments over one to five years, so part of the purchase is paid while the unit can already be lived in or let.

230 projects in our register carry it as their first published plan, from 118 developers, with handovers from 2025 to 2029. Each keeps instalments running after the keys.

The median first instalment across these 230 projects is 20 percent of the price, paid at booking, with the Dubai Land Department's four percent registration fee due alongside it.
